This method (also known as Ecstatic Trance Dance) was developed in 1996
by Amoda. Since then, her method has been taught throughout the UK and hundreds of people can testify to its power, authenticity … and fun!
Amoda has been offering the Teacher Training since 2007 in order
to sow the seeds of a new generation of teachers. Now established as the
School of Ecstatic Movement, the training aims to provide a standard of excellence in teaching the Ecstatic Shake & Dance™ Method and in
becoming a passionately empowered teacher.
Please Note: Amoda does not teach any of the drop-in classes herself
(she is only teaching the Teacher Training), but there are a number of
